Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, GrainMetrics reserves the right to bill for all work completed up to the date of formal cancellation. A notice period of at least 15 days is typically required for ongoing retained services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital services and consulting:

  • Payments for strategy sessions and consulting hours are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
  • Milestone payments for development or design work are non-refundable once the milestone has been approved and work has commenced.
  • Subscription-based services (AI maintenance, marketing retainers) are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once payment is processed.

3. Refund Process

In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate (e.g., duplicate payment or failure to initiate a project), the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Service Modifications

GrainMetrics works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we provide a specified number of revision rounds as defined in your service agreement to rectify the issue before considering cancellation.
