1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GrainMetrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
GrainMetrics provides AI solutions, digital transformation, startup consulting, and marketing services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, including code, designs, and content created by GrainMetrics during the provision of services, remain the property of GrainMetrics until full payment has been received, upon which ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of late or non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrainMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, depending on the jurisdiction in which the service contract is executed.
